The Large Yurts are designed on a simple 3600mm (12ft.)
wall length to enclose an area of 64 square metres (685 sq.ft.).
The Small Yurts are based on a 2400mm (8ft.) wall length.

Using the same Yurt design, at perhaps three different stages, you can end up with a large modular design. |
Or, you can add Annexes, up to 8, to the central Yurt Core. The eaves of
the Annexes are high enough to allow further Pergola or covered
Verandah areas to be attached.

The Yurt Annexes can be totally completed for living in or partially completed for use as Verandahs. |
The maximum living space for a single storey Yurt is created with all 8 annexes attached. |
A half Mezzanine 2nd floor can be added to provide an interesting space directly below the cupola, and a Cathedral Ceiling for the Ground Floor Area below. |
A full 2nd floor completes the maximum living area for a two storey is 298.0 sq.m. (3,188.5 sq.ft.) |
